Rachel joined the Kier Staffing Solutions team in October 2017 and is operational lead for the Rushden based team, as well as for the following business units:

Rachel works closely with the Kier hiring community, providing the business with specialist advice, consulting on recruitment best-practice and providing real-time market updates.

Melissa joined the Kier Staffing Solutions team in July 2023.
She is the White Collar Recruitment Co-ordinator for the Kier Construction and Kier Corporate & Group Functions. Melissa works closely with the Kier hiring community and Vacancy Management Partners to ensure effective management and fulfilment of temporary vacancy requirements.

Callum is responsible for the management of the Kier Staffing Solutions team based in Leicester and focuses on ensuring efficient and effective fulfilment of vacancy requirements and full usage of the MSP platform, 3SS, throughout the vacancy management process and back office support.

Jasmine joined Kier Staffing Solutions in May 2024. As Senior Recruitment Partner, her role is to work with the Transportation, Natural Resources, Nuclear and Networks senior management and hiring community to build strategic relationships and ensure full engagement in the MSP process and fulfilment of vacancies.

Sarah began working with Kier at the inception of Kier Staffing Solutions, in Summer 2016. With overall responsibility for strategic delivery of the service, Sarah works in partnership with Kier to ensure optimum performance and continuous improvement.

Emma-Lou has been working with Kier since November 2016. Emma-Lou is responsible for ensuring collaborative engagement between Kier Staffing Solutions, the Kier business and the supply chain, working closely with the Kier Staffing Solutions Recruitment Partners to ensure optimum performance across each of Kier’s business units.

Claire began working with Kier at the inception of Kier Staffing Solutions back in October 2016. Claire is operational lead for the Rushden based team working closely with the Kier hiring community, ensuring effective fulfilment of vacancy requirements and usage of the MSP platform 3SS.

Claire is also responsible for all supplier engagement on the Kier PSL from reviewing supplier performance and development via data metrics; identifying gaps and researching suitable recommendations to the PSL and optimising the overall service partnership between Kier Staffing Solutions and regional / local suppliers to best support Kier’s requirements
