Claire began working with Kier at the inception of Kier Staffing Solutions back in October 2016. Claire is operational lead for the Rushden based team working closely with the Kier hiring community, ensuring effective fulfilment of vacancy requirements and usage of the MSP platform 3SS.
Claire is also responsible for all supplier engagement on the Kier PSL from reviewing supplier performance and development via data metrics; identifying gaps and researching suitable recommendations to the PSL and optimising the overall service partnership between Kier Staffing Solutions and regional / local suppliers to best support Kier’s requirements
